* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Franklin and Ripley.
* WHEN...Until 645 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 143 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Milan, Osgood, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Sunman, Holton, Napoleon, Ballstown, Huntersville, Otter Village, Penntown, Interstate 74 at State Route 101 and Hamburg.
