Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges following an investigation.
 
On June 8 at approximately 1:48 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 400 block of East 3^rd Street when they observed a subject engaged in drug transactions. Police made contact with the subject, 41-year-old Wallace Haile, and recovered 14.5 grams of crack cocaine.
 
Haile was taken into custody without incident and has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
