* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 848 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms capable of producing 1 to 2 inch per hour rainfall rates is moving into an area with saturated soils from earlier rounds of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Streator, Pontiac, Dwight, Fairbury, Chatsworth, Forrest, Flanagan, Odell, South Streator, Cullom, Cornell, Saunemin, Long Point, Campus, Reddick, Emington and Strawn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
