* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - More rain midday through this afternoon in addition to recent rainfall from Wednesday through this morning may lead to renewed, additional or more significant flooding.
