* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Areas of western Wisconsin, southeast Minnesota, and northeast Iowa have seen rainfall totals in the 1-4 inch range over the last 24 hours and 3 to 7.5 inch range over the past week. Another 1 to 3 inches will be possible today - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
