SUMMARY: On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 2:42 a.m., deputies from the Victor Valley station responded to the 17000 block of Muskrat Avenue following a report of a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, deputies observed multiple individuals fleeing from the building on foot. A deputy followed two of the subjects to a black Honda that fled the area. Deputies attempted a traffic stop, however the driver refused to yield and led deputies on a pursuit driving at a high rate of speed.
After a short time, the pursuit ended when the suspect's vehicle sustained a flat tire. Deputies safely detained two occupants from the vehicle and conducted their investigation.
As a result of the investigation, Timothy Gallardo, was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center where he was booked on burglary charges and evading an officer. A juvenile occupant was issued a citation and released to family.
