APD Traffic Alert for Juneteenth: June 13, 2026 
On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the Juneteenth event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Fountain at Randolph Macon College. Roadways will begin to close at 9:30 a.m.
Residents living on or near the following roadways may be moderately impacted due to road closures and heavy traffic. Members of the Ashland Police Department will be directing traffic and monitoring the event.
Henry Street will be closed to through traffic from College Avenue to East Patrick Street during the event. Caroline Street will be closed from North Taylor Street to Henry Street.
