* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing torrential downpours. - These thunderstorms will produce locally over an inch to an inch and a half of rain in an hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
