Central Marin Police Authority advises you of the potential for high King tides and possible localized flooding (similar to last night, 6/13/26) in the areas of DOHERTY DR/LUCKY DR, LUCKY DR/FIFER AV, REDWOOD HWY/WORNUM DR TO THE GREENBRAE BOARDWALK, AND GOLDEN HIND PASSAGE NEIGHBORHOOD. This higher-than-normal tide event is expected to last to June 16.
Damage was minor last night and road closures were in effect in the late night/early morning hours (since lifted when the tides subsided). Residents of these neighborhoods are encouraged to take precautionary measures as they see fit with vehicles and property. DPW will have "Flooded" and "Road Closed" signs staged in the areas should they be needed. Remember, motorists should not attempt to navigate flooded streets and should follow any road closure signs if they are posted.
