* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Coleman and Runnels.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 523 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Coleman, Ballinger, Winters, Novice, Silver Valley, Glen Cove, Talpa, Crews, Burkett, Benoit, Grosvenor, Cross Cut, Hatchel, Byrds, Lake Brownwood State Park, May, Hords Creek Reservoir, Lake Coleman, Us-283 Near The Coleman-Callahan County Line and Echo. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... FM-RD 136 crossing Hords Creek, FM 2273 crossing Rough Branch, County Road 172 crossing Little Pecan Bayou, Liveoak crossing Hords Creek, County Road 482 crossing Jim Ned Creek, County Road 441 crossing Bledsoe Branch, County Road 485 crossing Indian Creek, County Road 482 crossing South Fork Jim Ned Creek, crossings along County Road 201 and Colorado St. crossing Hords Creek Draw. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
