Watch Commander's Night Report - June 14, 2026



CAD CALLS: 828

1. Criminal Threats Arrest (1515) 600 Block of Whipporwill Street, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the listed area. The suspect threatened the male victim, 43, and threatened to harm himself while holding a knife. Responding officers took him into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Quinton Srey, 20, for criminal threats and brandishing a weapon.

2. Criminal Threats Arrest (1602) 10000 Block of Point Reyes Circle, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to a report of a female armed with a knife, slashing tires. The female made threats against the 41-year-old female victim. Officers took the suspect into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Jazanae Turner, 22, for criminal threats, brandishing, and vandalism.

3. Brandishing (2145) 3800 Block of Pine Lake Circle, Bear Creek District
The victim, 73, was in an argument when the suspect threatened the victim with a weapon. The victim fled and called the police. On the officer's arrival, force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: William Chu, 40, brandishing, elder abuse, and criminal threats.

4. Resisting Arrest (0330) 4500 Block of North El Dorado Street, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the location on reports of a fight in progress. On arrival, officers found the suspect standing in the middle of the roadway, under the influence of alcohol, and refused to leave the area. After the suspect refused numerous warnings to leave the area, the officers tried to detain her, and she resisted arrest and pulled away from them. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Valnisha Williams, 32, for public intoxication, resisting arrest, and an outstanding warrant.
