...DRY WITH GUSTY WINDS TUESDAY AFTERNOON... .Dry and windy conditions Tuesday afternoon will create critical fire weather conditions. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning for winds and low relative humidities, which is in effect from 3 PM to 9 PM MDT Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 424 Western Twin Falls BLM and 426 Southern Highlands.
* TIMING...From 3 PM to 9 PM MDT Tuesday.
* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...92 to 99 degrees.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN TWIN FALLS BLM ... SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS
