INCIDENT: H&S 11378 - Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale, H&S 11379 - Transportation of a Controlled Substance and PC 22210 - Possession of an Unlawful Leaded Cane
LOCATION: North K Street and BNSF Road, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Ronald Breault, 59 Years Old, Resident of Fort Mohave, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, June 13, 2026, at approximately 12:11 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop near North K Street and BNSF Rd. in the City of Needles.
During the investigation, deputies discovered the driver, identified as Ronald Breault, was transporting narcotics and was in possession of suspected methamphetamine intended for sale. Deputies also located an unlawful leaded cane in Breault's possession.
Breault was subsequently arrested on the above mentioned charges and was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. This investigation is on-going.
