Two Suspects Arrested Following Downtown Fight

On Friday, June 12, at approximately 6:27 p.m., Petaluma Police officers responded to the 100 block of Petaluma Boulevard North regarding a report of two subjects fighting.

One of the involved subjects, Patrick Facundo (56, Petaluma), was contacted while walking away from the area and refused officers’ commands to stop. During the arrest, Patrick struck an officer in the face.

The second subject, Daniel Randall (44, Petaluma), displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication. Witnesses reported that Daniel urinated on the ground near the outdoor seating area while approximately 30 guests were dining.
 
Facundo was arrested and booked into the Sonoma County Jail for Battery on a Peace Officer, Resisting/Delaying a Peace Officer, and Violation of Probation.
 
Randall was arrested and booked into the Sonoma County Jail for Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication.
