The City of Rosemead is proud to announce its 2026 Fourth of July Parade and Celebration, taking place on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The festivities will begin with a patriotic parade celebrating “One Nation, One Community, One Celebration,” honoring the 250th birthday of the United States and highlighting the people, organizations, and traditions that make Rosemead a vibrant and united community.
The parade will begin at 10:00 a.m. along Valley Boulevard, between Muscatel Avenue and Loma Avenue, and head north to end at Rosemead Park- 4343 Encinita Avenue, Rosemead, CA.
Traffic Closures
Saturday, July 4th, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the following locations:
- Valley Blvd. between Walnut Grove and Rio Hondo Ave.
- All lanes on Mission Dr. from Rosemead Blvd. to Rio Hondo Ave.
- Bartlett Ave. between Valley Blvd. and Scott St.
- Gernet Ave. between Valley Blvd. and Steel St.
- Muscatel Ave. and Scott St.
- Ivar Ave. and Valley Blvd.
- Hart Ave. and Valley Blvd.
- Encinita Ave. and Mission Dr.
- Bentel Ave. and Rosemead Blvd.
- Newby Ave. and Rosemead Blvd.
- Rose St. between Encinita and Arica Ave.

The celebration continues at Rosemead Park from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with family-friendly activities, exciting carnival rides, live entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks show honoring America’s 250th birthday. Guests can also enjoy a variety of food and beverages from local vendors, featuring favorites such as steak fries, pizza, hot dogs, kettle corn, aguas frescas, desserts, and more.
All-day use wristbands for the carnival rides can be purchased during the event from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for $15 each. Presale wristbands are currently available for purchase through Friday, July 3, until 6:00 p.m. for $12 at the following locations: Garvey Community Center, 9108 Garvey Avenue, Rosemead, CA, and Rosemead Community Center, 3936 N. Muscatel Avenue, Rosemead, CA., and online at www.rosemeadca.gov.
