NOTICE TO MARINERS 
Maintenance and dredging activities continue to occur in the Saint Paul Harbor, Small Boat Harbor and vacinity. Please note the following marine advisories:
- Monitor VHF-FM Channel 16 and 68 for real-time updates.
- Exercise extreme caution and reduce speed when transiting the harbor or approaching active work zones.
- Maintain a safe distance from dredging, rock-placement, and support vessels.
- Expect possible temporary restrictions, slow-steaming zones, or short-term interruptions to normal harbor traffic during active dredging, rock placement, or material transport.
- Pre- and post-dredging hydrographic surveys may involve survey vessels in the area.
