* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected today. Rain may be heavy at times, with the strongest storms capable of torrential rainfall which could drop up to 2 inches of rain in just an hour's time in the hardest hit areas.
