The male victim, 46, was working inside an area business when the suspects entered, one armed with a handgun. One suspect struck the victim. The suspects took property and fled on bicycles. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECTS: two Black
male adults.
3. Robbery (0040) 500 Block of West Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District
The male victims, both 24, were in the area when the armed suspect exited a vehicle and approached them. The suspect pistol-whipped one victim and ordered the other victim to get on the ground. The suspect took the victims’ property and fled. One victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical
attention. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
4. Robbery (0153) 1200 Block of East Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, Park District
The male victim, 38, was working at an area business when the suspect entered and began throwing items on the floor. The suspect threw an object at the victim, stole merchandise, and fled on foot. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECT: White male adult.
5. Weapon Arrest (0144) West Lane and Tortuga Way, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop of a vehicle in the listed area. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old male for weapon charges.
