In support of the NBA Champion New York Knicks Ticker-Tape Parade, south of Canal Street will be shut down to vehicular traffic from the Hudson River to the East River starting at 7:00 AM on Thursday, 6/18. The FDR Drive and West Side Highway will remain open. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
Attendees will be screened. Listen to NYPD instructions. Scattered storms could develop as early as noon, with the heaviest rain and thunderstorms expected in the afternoon. Enjoy the moment & celebrate safely!
