Detectives assigned to the Simi Valley Police Department's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) conducted a narcotics sales investigation during the month of April 2026. On June 9, 2026, they served a search warrant in the 2300 block of Madrone Avenue in the City of Simi Valley.
Detectives arrested Sean Thompson, 41, of Simi Valley for violating California Health and Safety Code sections 11378, (possession of a controlled substance for sale), and 11379(a) (transportation for sale of a controlled substance).
As a result of the search, detectives seized over two ounces of methamphetamine, five grams of ketamine, drug packaging materials, a working digital scale, and a cellular telephone believed to be associated with narcotics sales.
Thompson was transported to the Ventura County Main Jail, where he was booked on the charges listed above.
