Stay Connected with the City of Ely – Action Required 
The City of Ely is upgrading our mass notification system and transitioning from Nixle to Everbridge. Whether you currently receive Nixle alerts or are signing up for the first time, everyone will need to register through the new Everbridge system before July 1.
The City uses this service to share important and timely information, including snow emergencies, boil advisories, road closures, event reminders, and other community notifications that you may not want to risk missing on social media.
One of the biggest advantages of our new system is the ability to send alerts to specific neighborhoods, streets, or addresses when information is only relevant to certain residents. To make this possible, your address will be verified during registration.
Registration takes just a few minutes and can be completed on a computer or mobile device. No app download is required. The City sends only a small number of notifications each month, and you may opt out at any time.
The City will no longer utilize Nixle after July 1. Register today to ensure you continue receiving important community updates and emergency notifications.
