As previously reported, the incident began when a suspect allegedly carjacked a vehicle at knifepoint in downtown Los Angeles before driving into Culver City, where he was involved in multiple hit-and-run collisions along with intentionally striking several pedestrians aging from 15-70 years old. Bail has been set at $10.25 million.
