Trespassing Suspect Entered a Home and is Later Arrested by Deputies in Adelanto

LOCATION: 18000 block of Montezuma Street, Adelanto
SUSPECT: Alfonso Pina, 48-year-old resident of Hesperia
VICTIM: Adult female
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9:18 p.m., deputies from the Victor Valley Station responded to the area of Cougar Street and Koala Road in Adelanto regarding a report of trespassing suspect.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted the victim, who reported a male subject was outside of her residence banging on the front door. The suspect entered the home through a window and hid inside of the home. The suspect fled the residence before deputies arrived.
A short time later, deputies located the suspect driving near his residence. The suspect was identified as Alfonso Pina. Following an investigation, Pina was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center, where he was booked for trespassing and vandalism.
