The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Person’s unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Lucina Placido. Ms. Placido was last seen in the area of her residence on the 11000 block of Birch St, Lynwood.
Ms. Placido is described as a 74-year-old female Hispanic, 5’03”, 210 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a navy floral shirt and black pants, using red walker.
Mr. Jarvina is insulin dependent and has been displaying early signs of dementia. Her relatives are concerned for her well-being.
