DETAILS: ***update June 21, 2026- On May 25 at 12:45 AM officers were sent to 3906 S. Tyler regarding a shooting. Jeremy Ray was found with a gunshot wound and succumbed to his injuries on Friday, May 29th. As previously released, Jaylyn Johnson and Meghan Kern were identified as suspects and arrested for murder. The Investigation continued and detectives of the homicide unit identified a third suspect in the incident identified as Jontrell Graves, age 18. Graves was arrested on unrelated charges, and brought to the Amarillo Police Department. From information obtained by detectives, a firearm was located associated with the homicide. Based on information obtained in the investigation and the recovered firearm, the RCDA issued a murder warrant for Graves. Graves was booked in the Randall County detention center.
