Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection to an indecent exposure incident.
On June 17th at approximately 2:53 p.m., members of the Downtown Unit responded to Tubman-Garrett Park located in the unit block of Rosa Park Drive in reference to an indecent exposure complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 39-year-old Keith Collins, who was taken into custody without incident.
Collins has been charged with the following offenses:
- Lewdness
- Indecent Exposure (Second Degree)
- Breach of Release
- Open Container
He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $501.00 unsecured bail.
