Man Assaulted at Bus Stop in Victorville After Exposing Himself to Several People

LOCATION: 16000 Block of D Street, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Steven Basulto, 35-year-old Transient of Riverside
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at approximately 12:54 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Station responded to the 16000 block of D Street regarding an assault investigation.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted Steven Basulto, who was assaulted but declined prosecution. Witnesses reported Basulto was seated at a bus stop wearing a dress without wearing undergarments. Basulto exposed his genitals to multiple victims and continued the behavior after being asked to stop several times. The investigation further revealed Basulto was in violation of his sex offender registration requirements.
Steven Basulto was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 314.1 – Indecent Exposure, P.C. 290(b) – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, and P.C. 290.013 – Sex Registrant Failure to Report Address Change.
