The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Johan Radilla Garcia, who is at risk due to age.
Johan Radilla Garcia was last seen around 11:00 p.m. on June 22, 2026, in the 1700 block of 50th Avenue. It is unknown what he was last wearing.
Radilla Garcia is described as a 16-year-old Hispanic male, standing 5’9” tall and weighing 275 pounds. He has black hair with dyed orange tips and brown eyes.
