Fourth of July Road Closures

Emeryville Police Department advises motorists to avoid Powell Street due to a road closure. Powell Street will be closed when the Marina reaches capacity, and traffic will be detoured accordingly. The roadway will remain open only to local traffic and emergency vehicles.
