Activity for June 23, 2026: Officers responded to 91 calls for service, made 6 arrests, and 11 traffic stops.
- Officer Allison and Officer Tierney met with deputies from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office for a warrant arrest. A 34-year-old male was lodged at JSO on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers responded to the 400 block of South West Avenue for a personal welfare check.
- Officer Beekel and Officer Elston were dispatched to the 200 block of Randolph Street for a warrant pick-up. A 37-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Goings responded to the Courthouse for a warrant arrest. A 50-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Gilbert Street for disorderly subjects. A 23-year-old male was arrested for a parole violation.
- Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop near West Morrell Street and Greenwood Avenue, and the driver fled on foot. The 19-year-old male driver was located and arrested for resisting and obstructing, and an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Smith and Officer Tripp responded to the 200 block of North Blackstone Street for juveniles attempting to steal a vehicle. JCYC refused to lodge a 13-year-old male and a 12-year-old male for resisting and obstructing, and attempting to steal a vehicle; charges will be sought on both suspects.
- Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Greenwood Avenue for a single vehicle crash. The 36-year-old male driver was arrested for driving under the influence of narcotics.
