Tommorow the large Middletown Train Station parking lot and recycling drop off will close for America 250 Parade preparations. Annual parking pass holders can park in the daily parking lot across from the Middletown Arts Center. Residents can use the recycling center at Kanes Lane during this time. All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot by tomorrow. The parking lot will remain closed until Sunday afternoon.
