Traffic Pattern June 26, 2026, Montville Fireworks
 
Designated Parking Lots
 

1.  Library/Grass Fields Parking:

If you park in the library lot or in the grass fields near the amphitheater, you will only be allowed to exit by making a left turn onto Horseneck Road. This means you’ll be heading east on Horseneck Road toward Fairfield.
No traffic is permitted to turn onto Passaic Valley Road.  This is for pedestrians only.
No traffic will be permitted to turn onto Westminster Road.  This is for pedestrians only. 
To access Rambling Woods development, you will be permitted to turn onto Underwood. 

2. High School Parking lot or High School grounds

 
If you park in the parking lot of the High School, you will only be allowed to exit by making a right turn onto Horseneck Road. This means you’ll be heading west on Horseneck Road toward Changebridge Road.
 
At the intersection of Horseneck and Changebridge:
 
You may turn left onto Changebridge Road and head south, or you may continue straight to River Road heading west.
 

3. Community Center Grounds:

If you park at the Community Center grounds, you will only be allowed to exit by making a right turn onto Changebridge Road, heading north.
From there, you have two options:
Turn left onto Church Lane, or
Continue north on Changebridge Road towards Rt. 202.
 
 
 
Lazar Middle School:

There are two separate parking lots at Lazar Middle School, each with different exit directions:

1. South Parking Lot (closest to River Road or First Aid Squad building):

Vehicles exiting this lot must turn right onto Changebridge Road, heading south.
From there, you can either:
Continue south on Changebridge Road, or
Turn right onto River Road.

2. North Parking Lot (closest to the Community Center):

Vehicles exiting this lot must turn left onto Changebridge Road, heading north.
From there, you can either:
Turn left onto Church Lane, or
Continue north on Changebridge Road towards Rt. 202.

Trinity Baptist Church 160 Changebridge Road:
All vehicles will be required to turn left onto Changebridge Road, heading south toward River Road.
From there, you have two options:
Turn right onto River Road, or
Continue straight and head south on Changebridge Road toward Pine Brook.
You cannot turn left onto Horseneck Road. 
TD Bank 159 Changebridge Road:
All traffic exiting TD Bank onto Changebridge Road must turn right.
From there, you have two options:
Turn right onto River Road, or
Continue south on Changebridge Road toward Pine Brook.
You cannot turn left onto Horseneck Road. 
 
Provident Bank 115 Horseneck Road:

If you park at 115 Horseneck Road, you will only be allowed to turn left when exiting the parking lot.
From there, you have two options:
Turn left onto Changebridge Road and head south toward Pine Brook, or
Continue straight onto River Road.
Office Complex- 170 Changebridge Road:

When exiting the office complex at 170 Changebridge Road, you may turn left or right onto Changebridge Road.
If you turn left, you’ll head south toward Pine Brook.
If you turn right, you will then only be able to turn left onto River Road.
You cannot continue North on Changebridge Road towards Rt. 202. 
 
Other Traffic and Parking Notes:
There will NO PARKING at 91 Passaic Valley Road (Wrestling Barn/Food Pantry). Anyone parked there will be forced to remain there until all pedestrian traffic is cleared and the event is emptied out. 
There will be no on-the- street parking anywhere it is posted.  Summons will be issued to those that park in these areas. 

All temporary signs that state "No Parking" will be enforced and vehicles will be issued summonses.  This is for June 26th only.  Anyone found removing signs will face penalties.
