The Asbury Park Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 2pm in Council Chambers, 1 Municipal Plaza, Bangs Avenue entrance. The meeting is open to the public.
The TRC is an advisory committee to the City Council on redevelopment in the Waterfront Redevelopment Plan Area. At this meeting, the TRC will review a residential project at 404 Monroe Avenue (Block 3209, Lots 1-5) by Monroe Development Partners, consisting of 24 residential units in townhouse format and 51 parking spaces.
