INCIDENT: PC 273.5(A) - Felony Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: 700 block of Downey Avenue, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Marissa Moreno, 33-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at approximately 5:06 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 700 block of Downey Avenue, in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted the suspect, who was identified as Marissa Moreno. During the course of the investigation, deputies determined that Moreno had assaulted the victim, resulting in injuries. Moreno was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Moreno remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail set at $50,000.00, pending a court hearing.
