The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Person’s Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person,Michael Hutton Banks. Mr. Banks was last seen on June 23, 2026 at 6:15 P.M., leaving his residence on the 32000 block of Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu.
Mr. Banks is described as a 20-year-old male White, 6’00”, 150 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, black shorts, black sandals, and carrying blue bags.
The missing person suffers from mental health conditions. There is concern for his well-being.
