Activity for June 25, 2026:
- Officer Brooker responded to the Ashton Ridge Apartments for the recovery of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was impounded at the owner’s request.
- Officer Delgado and Officer Reynaga were dispatched to the 600 block of Park Road for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Brooker responded to the 200 block of Blair Park Drive for a personal welfare check. A 24-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to Page Avenue and Plymouth Street for a car versus pedestrian accident. A 21-year-old male was transported to the hospital; he is in stable condition.
- Officer Brooker located a wanted subject in the 800 block of Hallett Street. A 54-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- JPD members attended a community event hosted by American 1 Credit Union at the fairgrounds.
- Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Gorham Street for an assault. A 35-year-old female was transported to the hospital. Multiple suspects have been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
- Officers responded to the 1500 block of Carl Breeding Way for a vehicle that had just been stolen. Officer Schram located the vehicle near Mitchell Street and Adrian Avenue, and 3 occupants fled on foot. Officer Schram was able to apprehend 1 of the subjects. K9 Taz was deployed for a track and located the other 2 subjects hiding in a backyard on Adrian Avenue. A 13-year-old male, and 2 17-year-old females were lodged at JCYC for resisting and obstructing, and joyriding.
- While investigating the incident listed above, Officer Schram located a key fob on one of the juveniles. It was determined to be the keys to the vehicle that had been reported stolen earlier in the day from Park Road. The vehicle was located in the 900 block of Orchard Place. It was processed for evidence and returned to the owner.
