1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1404) Alpine Avenue and West Lane, Civic District
The male victim, 32, was riding his bicycle in the area when the suspect vehicle nearly hit him. The suspect and the victim got into a verbal argument when the suspect reversed his car and hit the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital to treat his non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Nicholas Isaak, 75, for assault with a deadly weapon.
2. Robbery (1648) 600 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The victim employee, 27, confronted the suspects for shoplifting. The suspects told the victim that they had a gun and that they would shoot him. Both suspects loaded up the stolen merchandise and fled in a white sedan. Officers identified one of the suspects and took him into custody at his residence. ARRESTED: Ivan Anthony, 30, for robbery.
OUTSTANDING SUSPECT: Black adult male.
3. Robbery (0044) 1200 Block of Funston Avenue, Park District
The female and male victims, 29 and 28, were outside the listed location when the female victim got into an argument with the suspects. During the argument, the suspect kicked the female victim, took her property, and smashed it to the ground. The male victim attempted to break up the fight and was scratched in the eye. Both suspects left the area with the victim's property in a dark-colored vehicle. SUSPECTS: Hispanic male and female.
