Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection to a robbery incident.
On June 24th at approximately 10:15 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the area of East 10th and North Walnut Streets in reference to a robbery complaint. Officers conducted an area canvas and located a subject matching the description of one of the suspects in the area of East 12th Street and Clifford Brown Walk. Officers made contact with 29-year-old Marlon Lindsey, who was taken into custody without incident.
Lindsey has been charged with the following offenses:
- Robbery (Second Degree)
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court Of Common Pleas and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution pending further proceedings.
