Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Juvenile, Kannon Rugly. He is a 14-year-old male Black, who was last seen on June 26, 2026, at 4:00 p. m., on the 1500 block of West 105th Street in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles.
Kannon is 5’10” tall, 220 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with black lettering, and black shoes.
Kannon’s family is concerned for his well-being and are asking for the public’s help.
