1. Vandalism Arrest (0631) 00 Block of East Market Street, Civic District
Officers responded to a report of a subject exposing himself and detained the suspect. While checking the area, officers located four city vehicles that had been vandalized by the suspect. The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail for a felony vandalism charge. ARRESTED: Joseph Simbeye, 24, for felony vandalism and probation violation.
