Hi this is Mayor Bill Galese reminding you that Fairfield's "America 250" parade will kick off from St. Thomas More Church at 6:30, Wednesday, July 1st. It will proceed down Hollywood Avenue to the Recreation Center and the Library. It is expected to be hot, so please remember to hydrate before and during the event.
There will be mist stations in the back of the Recreation Center for your convenience. A Jumbo TV screen will also be set up to play the USA soccer game in addition to the food trucks and DJ entertainment. We will top it all off with the fireworks that are scheduled to start at approximately 9:10pm.
