Service Outage Notice – Diaperville Area 
Due to storm-related damage, the electrical transformer powering our Diaperville fiber cabinet has failed, resulting in an internet outage for customers served by the Diaperville cabinet, including the Caville Road area.
The outage has been reported to Xcel Energy, and we are currently waiting for utility crews to restore power. At this time, there is no estimated restoration time.
Once commercial power is restored, our technicians will immediately begin restoring internet service.
