Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking assistance in locating at risk missing person, Robert Scott Silva. He is a 56-year-old White male who was last seen on June 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., on the 7900 block of Fountain Avenue, in the city of West Hollywood.
Mr. Silva is 5’ 09” tall, 180 lbs. with short black (buzzed) hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, and he is missing his right index finger.
Mr. Silva suffers from mental health issues. He has not communicated with his family, and they are concerned for his wellbeing. They are asking for the public’s help.
