Beginning on Thursday, July 2nd at 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the south side of Elk Street (10) spaces west of Eagle Street for City Hall event.
Beginning on Saturday, July 4th at 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of #397 State Street east of Henry Johnson Boulevard for a move.
