Special Weather Statement until 03:00PM

At 215 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Fairview, or 10 miles west of Franklin, moving northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Franklin, Kingston Springs, Pegram, Fairview, Leipers Fork, and Natchez Trace At Highway 96. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between mile markers 180 and 196. Interstate 840 between mile markers 4 and 18.
