UPDATE 7-3-2026- Lower Landing Road is now open. The side street Landing Road (at the flashing light intersection) will remain closed until further notice. Residents along Landing Road will only have access from the Black Horse Pike and East/ West Atlantic Avenues. Thank you.

UPDATE 7-1-2026- Gloucester Township Police Traffic Advisory: Lower Landing Road CLOSED Due To Emergency Pipe Replacement/ Roadwork 

Lower Landing Road, between Lakeview Apartments Main Entrance and the Black Horse Pike/ Rt 168 will remain CLOSED until approximately late Thursday, July 2nd as crews replace a major failed pipe that caused a sink hole at the intersection of Lower Landing and Landing Roads.

Local traffic is only available to the businesses on Harmon Drive and the homes/ side streets along Lower Landing Road from the BHP. The few homes on Lower Landing near Lakeview Apartments have access from that area.

- Detours from Lakeview Apartments entrance area are Lower Landing, left onto Almonesson Road, left onto northbound BHP.

- Detour from Black Horse Pike/ Lower Landing Road- travel southbound on BHP and right onto Almonesson Road, then right onto Lower Landing Road.
