Parade Route! 
?TRAFFIC ADVISORY ?
As we prepare for Ocean Gate's annual Independence Day Parade, we kindly ask all residents and visitors along the parade route to remove any parked vehicles from Ocean Gate Avenue, East Bayview Avenue, and Monmouth Avenue no later than 9:00 A.M. tomorrow morning.
At 8:30 A.M., the Ocean Gate Department of Public Works and the Ocean Gate Police Department will begin closing the parade route to prepare for the event. During this time, the parade route will be closed to all through traffic.
Motorists are encouraged to use Louis Avenue as a detour until the parade has concluded and officers have confirmed that all pedestrian traffic has safely cleared the area. The parade begins promptly at 10:00 A.M. and we expect all roadways to open to traffic by 1:00 P.M.
We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we work together to provide a safe and enjoyable Independence Day celebration for our community.
