* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 922 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Due to earlier heavy rainfall, street and yard flooding may begin shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
