INCIDENT: PC 21310 - Carrying a Dirk/Dagger and PC 3455 - Violation of Post Release Community Supervision
LOCATION: E Street and West Broadway Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Mark Price, 39 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, July 2, 2026, at approximately 1:55 p.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department observed Mark Price riding a bicycle in the area.
When Price noticed deputies, he quickly rode behind a nearby building and began removing items from his pockets. Deputies contacted Price and conducted an investigation. During the contact, deputies located a dirk/dagger that Price had attempted to discard. Price was also found to be on Post Release Community Supervision.
Price was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Price remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing. This investigation is ongoing.
