Officers responded to an area hospital on a report of a person stabbed. Officers contacted the male victim, 44, who had been assaulted at an unknown location in Stockton. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information.
2. Robbery (0500) 900 Block of West Charter Way, Seaport District
The male victim, 34, was inside his vehicle while in a parking lot in the listed area when he began talking to a female, the suspect. He invited her into his vehicle, but shortly after, the suspect took his property. The victim retrieved some of his property before the suspect fled. SUSPECT: Hispanic female adult.
3. Battery on an Officer (0700) 800 Block of Dallas Avenue, Seaport District
An officer responded to a residence in the listed area on a report of a disturbance. As the officer arrived, he located two subjects involved in a physical altercation. As the officer attempted to separate them, the officer was struck by the suspect. The suspect resisted arrest, and force was used to take her into custody. The suspect attempted to spit on an officer as she was being placed into the patrol vehicle. The suspect was
transported to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries and then booked into the county jail. Neither officer sustained any injuries. ARRESTED: Angelina Carrillo-Padilla, 23, for battery, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest.
4. Weapon Arrest (1420) Hammer Lane and Pavillion Plaza, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. During a search of the vehicle, officers located a loaded, unregistered firearm. ARRESTED: Two 16-year-old male juveniles and one 15-year-old male juvenile for weapon charges.
